Private Pilot Licence
Many people dream of learning to fly in Ireland either commercially or as a hobby but feel it’s not realistic or financially achievable, or due to the fact that they have full-time work or study commitments.

A Private Pilot Licence (PPL) is not only a licence for life, but for students who are commercially focused. A PPL opens up modules 2 & 3 of commercial flight training. This is all achievable part-time under the PilotPath umbrella with our approved partner pilot training schools in Ireland all while you stay in full time employment or education.
Modular flight training is extremely flexible with training wrapping around you, the student, and your schedule, and not vice versa. This is far more convenient compared to full-time, integrated training which is significantly more expensive, with upfront costs being upwards of a six figure sum, and with zero schedule flexibility.

Support at any stage of flight training is crucial but especially at PPL level. Many students tend to begin flight training on an hourly rate and work towards their PPL this way, but we can categorically say that so often this does not work!
At PilotPath, our friendly team of pilot trainers and customer support staff are dedicated to supporting students throughout their training, from the first day to the last, helping to remove the isolation from part-time modular training. Too often we hear stories of students who have flown hour by hour and fall off the wagon 10 hours into training due to lack of direction and structure.
